Pocket Plan POS is a personal finance and point-of-sale application designed to help users track money, manage transactions, and receive useful reminders and insights. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app, what stays on your device, and what limited technical data may be handled by third-party services used to support the app.
Pocket Plan POS is designed so that the financial and business information you enter into the app is stored locally on your own device. This means the developer does not collect, upload, or store your finance records, budgets, transactions, planning data, product data, or similar user-entered content on its own servers.
While your main app content stays on your device, Pocket Plan POS may use limited technical data through third-party services to help operate, maintain, and improve the app.
Pocket Plan POS currently uses anonymous identification rather than requiring a full personal account for standard use. This helps the app function while reducing the amount of personally identifying information processed by the developer.
Pocket Plan POS uses Firebase services to support app analytics, crash reporting, notifications, and related technical operations. These services may process limited technical information such as device information, app version, crash details, app instance information, and general usage events.
The app may also send notifications or reminders based on app activity or user behavior inside the app, such as reminders related to spending, transactions, budgeting awareness, or other helpful prompts.
Pocket Plan POS may show ads to users on the free version of the app. Pocket Plan Premium provides an ad-free experience where applicable. In some parts of the app, certain free users may be able to unlock specific features by watching a rewarded advertisement.
Ads may be served by Google AdMob and related advertising partners. These services may process device identifiers and limited technical data for ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and related advertising operations.
On iOS, the app may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework in order to show more relevant ads. If permission is denied, the app may still display non-personalized ads.
Pocket Plan POS may offer paid features, subscriptions, or premium services now or in the future. Where payments are offered, payment processing may be handled by the relevant app store platform or another authorized payment service provider. Premium subscribers receive an ad-free experience where applicable. This Privacy Policy does not replace the privacy terms of those payment providers, and users should also review the privacy information provided by the relevant payment platform when purchasing any paid feature.
The developer does not sell your personal information. Because your main finance and POS content is stored locally on your device, that user-entered content is not shared from the developer’s own servers. However, limited technical data may be processed by trusted service providers such as Firebase where necessary for analytics, diagnostics, anonymous authentication, notifications, and app operations. Limited ad-related technical data may also be processed by advertising partners such as Google AdMob where needed to deliver ads in the free version of the app.
Since most app content is stored locally on your device, you generally control that information yourself. If you delete the app or clear its local data from your device, locally stored app data may also be removed, depending on your device and operating system behavior.
Some limited technical records processed by third-party services, such as analytics or crash data, may be retained according to the retention practices of those service providers.
We take reasonable steps to support the security of the app and the services used with it. However, no method of electronic storage, device security, or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Pocket Plan POS is not directed to children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information through the app in a way that should be reviewed, please contact us.
The app may be made available in multiple countries. By using Pocket Plan POS, you understand that limited technical data processed through third-party infrastructure may be handled in jurisdictions outside your own, subject to the safeguards and practices of those service providers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date shown above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect may mean you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
