By accessing or using Pocket Plan POS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the app.
Pocket Plan POS provides tools that may help users record income and expenses, review transactions, organize money activity, receive reminders, monitor general spending behavior, and use simple point-of-sale or business-related features.
The app is intended to support personal organization and day-to-day financial awareness. It is not a bank, payment processor, accounting firm, brokerage, or financial institution.
Pocket Plan POS is designed so that most user-entered content is stored locally on the user’s device. The developer does not intend to host or store the main finance or POS records entered by users on its own servers.
The app may use anonymous identification and related technical services to support functionality, analytics, diagnostics, notifications, and app operations.
Pocket Plan POS may provide reminders, estimates, insights, forecasts, prompts, summaries, or other informational outputs. These are provided for general informational and organizational purposes only.
The app does not provide professional financial, investment, accounting, legal, or tax advice. You remain fully responsible for your own financial decisions, business decisions, and compliance obligations.
The app may generate reminders or notifications based on app activity, user actions, or general usage patterns, including spending-related reminders or awareness prompts. These notifications are intended to be helpful tools only and should not be relied on as guarantees, warnings of all possible issues, or professional advice.
Pocket Plan POS may now or in the future offer paid features, subscriptions, or premium services. If payments are introduced, those purchases may be processed by the relevant app store platform or another authorized third-party payment provider.
Additional terms may apply to paid features, subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, or billing matters, depending on the platform or payment provider used.
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Pocket Plan POS at any time, with or without notice, in order to maintain quality, security, compliance, usability, or functionality.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system version, or network condition.
Pocket Plan POS may rely on third-party services, including Firebase and similar infrastructure providers, for features such as anonymous authentication, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, and technical support functions. Your use of the app may therefore also involve the terms, policies, or technical limitations of those third-party services.
Pocket Plan POS, including its branding, design, software, text, graphics, interface elements, and related content made available by the developer, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or exploit any part of the app without prior written permission from the developer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Plan POS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the app’s availability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or suitability for your personal or business use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Pocket Plan POS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app.
This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from reliance on forecasts, reminders, insights, calculations, missed notifications, data loss on the device, interrupted service, software bugs, or third-party service failures.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Pocket Plan POS if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these terms, misused the app, engaged in unlawful conduct, or created risk or harm to the app, other users, or third-party services.
Pocket Plan POS is not directed to children under the age of 13. By using the app, you represent that you are old enough to use the service under applicable law.
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date shown above. Continued use of Pocket Plan POS after the revised terms become effective may mean that you accept the updated terms.
